France congratulates President-elect Akufo-Addo
The French Republic has congratulated Nana Akufo-Addo on his election as the President-elect of the Republic of Ghana.

A statement issued by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs paid tribute to Ghana's democratic tradition as well as the outgoing President John Mahama.
It added that France hopes to expand its partnership with Ghana under Akufo-Addo's leadership.
