Ex-Council of State member, Dr Bernard Glover is dead

Dr Bernard Glover, a former member of the Council of State and Proprietor of Hotel Cisneros at Sogakope, in the Volta Region, has died.

He died suddenly at Sogakope late Monday afternoon, family sources told Graphiconline.
He was 73.
Dr Bernard Glover served in the Council of State from 2009 to 2013 after he was elected in February of 2009 to represent the Volta Region.
