The Tema ECG Regional branch of the all female club of the Electricity Company of Ghana, the Power Queens Club, donated items to the Fridoug Children's Block of the Tema Urban Hospital.
The donation is part of the club's 38th year anniversary celebrations with various activities being held by the various divisions across all ECG operational areas.
The items including a handheld pulse oximeter, nebulizer, digital infantometer, pulse oximeter and a finger tip pulse oximeter were handed over to the hospital on Thursday on September 24, 2026.
The ECG Tema Region Power Queens Club President, Annabel Buabasa Zormelo did the presentation on behalf of members.
The items were received by Vida Annang, the Head of the antenatal unit of the Tema Urban Hospital.
She expressed appreciation to the club for the donation.
