The government has Monday reminded ministries, departments and agencies that the President’s directive banning the procurement of Christmas gifts and presents with government funds remains in force.
A statement from the presidency quoting Communications Minister, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, said the 2013 directive targeting all MDAs financed from the consolidated fund “is still in force and all concerned are expected to comply.”
