Apostle Aaron Ami-Narh is new president of Apostolic Church, Ghana

Apostle Dr Aaron Ami-Narh has been inducted into office as the 7th President of the Apostolic Church, Ghana.

He takes over from Apostle Peter Okoe Mankralo, the Immediate Past President of the church.

The induction ceremony held in Community 5, Tema, was also used to induct into office Apostole Fredrick Yaw Agyemang as the Vice President, who took over from Apostle C.K. Nartey, outgoing Vice President and Apostle Dr. Daniel Bardoom Kissi as the General Secretary, who also took over from Apostle Alex Ofosu.

Apostle Aaron Ami-Narh, until his elevation, was the District Apostle of the Community 5 District of the church.

Family History
Born to Elder John Laweh Ami-Narh and Deaconess Elizabeth Nanekie Ami-Narh both of blessed memory, Apostle Ami-Narh, the second of six children had his basic school at Shields Experimental School at Community 2, and secondary school at Manya Krobo Secondary School from 1978 to 1983 where he obtained his 'O' Level. He continued to the Presbyterian Boys Secondary School at Legon where he obtained his 'A' level certificate. After a year of National Service, he enrolled at the Medical School (KNUST) from 1986 to 1992.

After graduating as a medical doctor from KNUST, Dr Narh worked at the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital in Ashanti from 1993 to 1996. He had sponsorship from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for training in Medical Emergency in Agriculture and upon his return to Ghana worked with Narh-Bita Hospital from 1997 until 2015 when he resigned to fully concentrate on his ministry work.

Ministry Work
Apostle Dr Narh was selected as one of the committee members to take responsibility of the English service at Community 5, a duty he performed creditably till his new role.
The Apostolic Students Association (APOSA) started immediately he matriculated at KNUST and served as the Vice President and later President.

Roles played at National and International Levels                                                                                                                                                           He was very instrumental in the 75th anniversary of the church and the key advocate in bringing the Apostolic World Conference to Ghana. Dr Narh has engaged the church on several global platforms and been a member of the Apostolic world leaders conference.

Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh is married to Deaconess (Mrs) Josephine Ami-Narh and they have four children.
