Rev Lewis Asare is the new headmaster of Prempeh College
Rev Lewis Asare, a Methodist minister is the new headmaster of Prempeh College.

Until his appointment as the headmaster of Prempeh College, he was the headmaster of Kurofa Senior High Technical School in the Asante Akyem South Municipality of Ashanti Region.
He had his professional training as a teacher at Wesley College of Education in Kumasi.
He obtained his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Philosophy (MPHIL) degrees from University of Education, Winneba.
Rev Lewis Asare had his basic education at the Armed Forces Basic Schools at the 4th Battalion Infantry (4BN), Uaddara Barracks, Kumasi, up to class four; Hooper International school, Tarkwa for class five; Catholic primary and Lawra Basic Schools for the remaining basic education, and his secondary school education at Prempeh College, Kumasi.
Academic and Administrative Experience
Rev. Lewis Asare was appointed a Teacher in GES in 1997, promoted to Senior Superintendent in 2000, upgraded to Principal Superintendent in 2003, Assistant Director II in 2009, Assistant Director I in 2013, and promoted to Deputy Director in 2018. He was the Headmaster of Kurofa SHTS.
Reverend Lewis Asare completed Prempeh in 1993 (Amanfoo SSS Pioneers 1993, Serwaa House) .
Family
Rev. Lewis comes from Hiawu Besease, in the Atwima Nwabeagya Municipality of the Ashanti region and his parents are the late Very Rev David Kwesi Asare and Madam Victoria Kwarteng. He is the fourth child among seven children of his mother.
He is married to Mrs. Stella Afrifa Asare. They are blessed with three children.
