Ambassador Salamu Amadu donates laptop to best student at Accra High centenary celebration

Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, the Founder and President of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, has demonstrated his commitment to education and community development during the centenary festivities at Accra High School on November 18, 2023.

Ambassador Salamu Amadu showcased his dedication by generously gifting a laptop to the school's top-performing student, acknowledging academic excellence unequivocally.

The initiative at Accra High School was spurred by a request for support from the school's leadership, seeking Ambassador Salamu's assistance. In response, he pledged to reward the highest-achieving student in the West African Certificate of Secondary Education (WACCE).

In an interview, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu underscored his belief in the youth as future leaders and emphasized the pivotal role of education as the bedrock of their success.

The laptop donation, he explained, aimed to acknowledge and support the commitment and excellence of the best student, directly contributing to the attainment of Sustainable Development Goal 4.
