Amma Benneh-Amponsah is HR Personality of the Year
The Human Resource Executive of MTN Ghana, Mrs Amma Benneh-Amponsah, has been adjudged the HR Personality of the Year at the second edition of the Ghana Human Resource Innovation Awards (GHRIA).
The GHRIA is an annual event that recognises leading human resource persons and organisations who have contributed significantly to the practice.

In addition, Mrs Benneh-Amponsah was conferred as one of the top 20 human resource practitioners in Ghana.
At the event, MTN Ghana was adjudged the Employer of the Year and scooped four other awards for its innovative human resource practices.
The awards are HR Team of the Year for the Private Sector (Gold), HR Innovation of the Year, Excellence in Employee Engagement and Outstanding Employee Retention Policy.
Receiving the awards, Mrs Benneh-Amponsah said, “The awards attest to our continued commitment and investment in our people. We are humbled by this recognition.
“We will continue to invest in our human capital and infrastructure to create a conducive environment that enable employees to deliver their best.”
She dedicated the awards to the staff of MTN.
