The euphoria soon ends and perhaps leaves you with a headache that comes with much anxiety and the question you may worry to ask “what do I wear for the interview?”

Some basic pointers to remember:

Never take your prospective employer for granted

The fact that you have been invited to attend a job interview in let’s say a printing press or as a driver does not grant you the liberty to dress anyhow and in anything.

It is absolutely ridiculous to show up in tattered jeans, T shirt or slippers, popularly called “Charlie wote”.

You must be dressed professionally even if the occasion is just to deliver your CV.

Conduct a background check

A serious prospective employee will take out time if possible to investigate the dress code in the workplace of the future employer. This enables you to tailor your dressing according to the requirements of the  prospective workplace.

Know the dress code for the position you applied for

Have a blessed weekend.
