The campaign is designed to unearth young talents in the music sector and the judges are Okyeame Kwame, Samini and Feli Nuna with the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) president Obuor sitting in as guest judge.

Interested contestants qualified for auditioning after spending GH¢100 in any shop at the mall. They then presented their slips at the information desk and picked up registration forms. Another auditioning session has been scheduled for Saturday, June 18.

Twenty contestants would be selected to compete in the semi-final on June 25 with the final event scheduled for Saturday, July 2. There would be cash and a variety of products as prizes.

West Hills Mall's Marketing Manager, Michael Konadu, said the ultimate objective of the contest is to infuse more fun and excitement into the shopping experience of customers.

“There’s no telling the amount of amazing young talents in the system. That’s why we are being as professional as possible to select the best by working with a competent panel of judges,” the West Hills Mall official said.
