He announced that December 4 and December 5 have been slated for corporate paragliding festival on the Kwahu Ridge and called on institutions to participate to make the event successful.

Mr. Osei –Bonsu, who was happy about the list of winners expressed his appreciation to the jury for selecting the “right” winners to be awarded.

He, however, appealed to the jury to communicate their findings to the management of GTA to keep the public well informed about the shortcomings of some of the tourism facilities in the region as well as those doing a good job to help customers make good choices.

The Chief of Aburi, Otubuor Djan Kwasi,  urged the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to hand over the Aburi Gardens to the GTA since it has the requisite skills as a tourism agency to manage and make it more attractive to tourists.
