Goethe-Institut hosts ‘Muses’ exhibition
A five-day art exhibition dubbed ‘Muses’ will come off at the Goethe-Institut, Accra, from December 11 to December 15.

The participating artists are carefully selected versatile artistes who wil bring sparkle and variety to the exhibition. Works to be exhibited include painting, sculpture, performance and video, installation and photography.
The artists set to showcase their works are Jeremiah Quarshie, Serge Clottey, Bernard Akoi-Jackson, Fatric Bewong, Nii Odzenma, Bright Tetteh Ackwerh, Kelvin Haizel, Elkanah Mpesum and Constance Swaniker,
Traditionally, a muse is someone or something that inspires an artist to create. The Muses exhibition is, therefore, meant to portray the dynamism and subtlety of some of our contemporary artists and the ideas that inspire their works.
The exhibition is being supported by the Goethe- Institut, Golden Baobab, Nubuke Foundation and Foundation for Contemporary Art.
