The new programme which began airing two weeks ago is already making waves on campuses.

Campus Pluzz, which airs every Saturday from 1pm to 3 pm and presented by Jay Kojo Dasebree, host of Campus Base TV on Viasat 1 TV will see the station reach out to more of its target audience made up of youth who are mainly students.

Since it hit the airwaves, Campus Pluzz has hosted singer and student MzVee, movie director and musician, Kobi Rana among others.

In a chat with Showbiz on Monday, Jay Kojo Daseebre said “Campus Pluzz is very different from all the campus radio shows in town. We don’t just play music and talk but also create the avenue for young people to take over from the old people be it DJing, music, acting among others.

“ I have been there before so I know how they feel. I think a lot of young people should be given the opportunity to showcase what they can do to the world and that is what Campus Pluzz is all about.

According to Daseebre, “every week we do something new on the show and we make sure we bring radio to their doorsteps.  We took Campus Pluzz to UPSA and the response was epic.

“We came up with a segment dubbed Campus Anas where people send voice notes to inform the public about certain things happening on their campuses and it was amazing.  I just want to tell our listeners that we have so much to give them so they should keep their dial right at Pluzz FM”, he added.
