Shallie alongside Member of Parliament for South Tongu, one of the areas severely affected by the floods, Okudzeto Ablakwa, embarked on a mission to provide aid and support to flood victims in Mepe.

The duo visited two out of the 21 camps, which are currently housed in schools due to the devastating floods that have disrupted education in the area.

During their visit, Shallie, assisted by Mr Ablakwa delivered essential relief items, including clothing and sanitary pads for women, to provide immediate assistance to the vulnerable.

The situation in Mepe remains critical and Shallie took it upon herself to step up and provide crucial aid to the flood victims.

Her efforts seek to raise awareness about the ongoing challenges faced by the community and encourage others to extend a helping hand.

Shallie's mission goes beyond just helping those in need; her aim is also to inspire others to contribute and rally support for the affected communities.

On the sidelines of the donation, Shallie intimated "I made this visit and donation as a sign of my commitment to helping displaced Ghanaians when the need arises, and this is one of such situations."

"I will call on all media men, television and radio personalities, celebrities, and public figures to join forces and support the ongoing relief efforts in Mepe and other severely affected communities."
