Ohemaa Woyeje joins ‘Agrofie’ team

Broadcaster, Harey Adjoa Yeboa Asuama, better known as Ohemaa Woyeje, added one more challenge to her career when she was recently unveiled as a co-host of the Agrofie television programme.

Famous actor, David Dontoh, had been the sole host of Agrofie since the  programme’s inception in December 2011.

Agrofie is produced by Katamadara Concepts and it seeks to impart knowledge and entertain to viewers.

“Ohemaa has been a broadcaster for about 10 years and has gathered experience which we believe would be useful for Agrofie,” said Osmo Kwame Addo, CEO of Katamadara Concepts which produces the programme.

At a filming of an episode  during an end-of-year party for PZ Cussons staff at the MD’s residence in Accra, Ohemaa said she was delighted  to be part of the Agrofie team.

PZ Cussons is the main sponsor of Agrofie and Ohemaa was introduced to members of the company’s managment and board of directors before the filming of her first appearance on the programme.

The young woman is the regular host of Adom FM’s  mid-morning Work and Happiness programme and has some television experience already.
