“ Our art has improved over time. You see, the mode of consumption when it comes to media has changed and it is only important that we also evolve.
The new Trends Zone for instance doesn’t just get you to know the news, it puts a spin on what started the trend, gets the conversation going as well as a bit of commentary.
Also, one thing that gives fresh breath of life to the new Zone 36 is the addition of new presenters who have so far changed the look and taste of the show.
“ We now have Sheldon, a popular face in party circles and one of the fast-rising media personalities around. That is not to say we have done away with our old presenters. We still have Anima who is able to connect and keep old viewers still in tune.
“ For Trends Zone, we thought it just right to have someone who knows her way out there and understands how things work out there and Eleanor, a Miss Ghana 2015 finalist came to mind and it’s been a jam so far.”
Zone 36 shows on GHOne every Friday at 8.30pm and a repeat on Thursday at 10am.
