Veana who takes lots of inspiration from Beyonce and the late Michael Jackson made the move in August last year when she released her debut single, Get Down.

And she is more than ready to go the full mile with her music this year with the release of Hol Me, her first song in 2023.

In a chat with Graphic Showbiz, Veana mentioned that her time in the sector is not to add up to the numbers but take great steps in the industry.

However, that ambition will always be a mirage if she doesn’t get support and she can only earn the desired backing with good works.

With this mindset, she puts her best in any piece she releases and the appraisals from industry folks after dropping Get Down last year was a good motivation for releasing, Hol Me in February.

On the mid-tempo Dancehall tune, Veana sings about how she wants her partner to treat her well especially in bed.

Her confidence and delivery on the track will undoubtedly put her in a good position as a burgeoning artiste who is serious about her craft.

“The Ghanaian music industry is choked with many young and skillful acts so I understand that I need to be unique to stand out and I’m happy that my style is different,” she stated.

Veana has done a number of cover songs including Camidoh’s Sugarcane, KiDi’s Touch It, Sarkodie’s Happy Day, Davido’s Blow My Mind, and King Promise’s Abena.

Veana, worked as Creative Assistant for Lynx Entertainment’s Richie Mensah and was once the host of 3Tunes on TV3.

“I have an insatiable appetite for excellence, tireless dedication to my craft, and affable character which are good tools to help my course in the industry,” she stated.
