‘They want the Kylie’

She is known for her fashion forward style but this reality star is also changing the face of teens across the world, literally.

While it was once butt implants to keep up with Kim Kardashian, it is now fillers, Botox and lip injections to look like Kylie Jenner.

Botched stars Dr Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif have revealed while they were once inundated by requests for increased derrieres, thanks to Kylie, it is now all about the lips.

Speaking in an E! panel, the pair revealed younger and younger girls are now considering cosmetic surgery to look more like the reality star.

While Kylie initially denied it, she has since confessed to having lip injections since the age of 17, which now many teens are wanting to emulate.

Dr Dubrow said, the reality star is a trendsetter like no other in pop culture currently: “I have called Kylie Jenner, in my opinion, the next Marilyn Monroe.

'I think Kylie Jenner is someone who can put out a tweet or an Instagram photo and it becomes all the rage, she drives pop culture like no other celebrity does.

'So when Kylie started tweeting about her lip situation, that created a firestorm of people interested in looking like Kylie Jenner and having their lips enhanced.

“So she, for me, is the number one celebrity to drive pop cultural changes in many directions not the least of which is in plastic surgery.'

Dr Dubrow said the 18-year-old 'is the one that is going to tell us where we are going to' so much so, that he even follows her on Instagram.

But while the Botched doctors both appreciate her trend defining force, neither is happy about its result - namely younger and younger girls trying to change their looks.

Dr Dubrow told the DailyMail.com: 'For me, it is 17-year-olds wanting to have the Kylie and it's 16-year-olds and 15-year-olds.

'We both feel there are certain procedures you do before adulthood that are acceptable. But the purely cosmetic procedures lip fillers, breast augmentation, liposuction and so on we have always felt 21 and above.

'When it came to lip fillers we still feel, at least I do, that I wouldn’t do it on my daughter before 18 and I would want her to wait until 21.'

But according to Dr Dubrow, Kylie is so influential that even the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has taken notice.

He said: 'The American Society of Plastic Surgeons formally felt the same way I did [but] now has opened that up and feels it is okay to do these injections in 17 and 16-year-olds.

'I don’t agree with them but I tell you that’s why I say Kylie Jenner has the ability to change even an old fashioned society like that.'
