Street Heroes have emerged as champions of the second edition of Malta Guinness Dance With Vim, winning GH₵5,000 at Bukom Arena on Friday, August 7, 2026.
The competition, which forms part of Malta Guinness' We Move platform, turned Ghana's most storied boxing venue into a battleground for grit and rhythm.
The arena, known as the home of champions and a community that has produced many of Ghana's boxing greats, traded gloves for grooves on the night.
The arena filled with dance lovers, Malta Guinness fans and curious onlookers drawn in by the promise of a high-energy competition.
Holding the night together was media personality Giovanni Caleb, whose energy behind the mic kept the crowd engaged between rounds and hyped up the contestants.
The judging panel featured Official Starter, the viral dance sensation whose market-square routines have earned him a shout-out from Burna Boy, alongside dance artist and instructor Nana Afriyie.
Three crews rose above the rest: GMC Dance Group, Think Twice Dance Group and Street Heroes. GMC and Think Twice went first, with Think Twice edging ahead before the final battle against Street Heroes. The face-off saw Street Heroes answer every move with something sharper, earning the judges' decision.
Think Twice Dance Group claimed second place and GH₵3,000, while GMC Dance Group rounded out the podium in third with GH₵2,000.
