Sista Afia, others ready for Riverfest’22
Ghana has in recent times become the go-to hotspot to celebrate the festive season and event organisers are living up to the billing by providing great entertainment to holiday- makers. One of such event is Riverfest22.
Starting today, December 16-18, Camp Tsatse Resort in Ada will play host to a number of Ghanaian artistes tasked to give party goers a good treat at the maiden edition of Riverfest.

The three-day event themed The Ada Calypso which is part of the official calendar of activities for this year’s December in GH has been promoting Sista Afia, Edem, Epixode, Strongman, Samedo Ranking and Gambino as performers, all poised to treat patrons to a good time
In addition to the musicians is a host of DJs including Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty, DJ Abozzy, DJ Baaba, DJ Phantom, DJ Tyice and DJ Theo to turn up the heat with ‘serious selections’.
RiverFest22 has been established as an annual festival designed to create a platform to network, celebrate and propagate the socioeconomic and cultural affairs of Ghana and organisers, Campaign City, have assured nothing but a memorable party of fun, recreational activities, beautiful sights and of course, a cozy place for relaxation.
In a chat with Graphic Showbiz, Nana Yaw Wiredu, Media Liaison for Riverfest22 said the festival is an event of choice for both Ghanaians and those in the Diaspora who are in search for a new and different experience from ‘noisy’ Accra during the festivities.
“The festival which will provide the best getaway experience with luxury is designed to have an action-packed programme of activities with exciting exhibitions of talents and products from vendors.
“There will be bonfire, street carnival, car and bike show, DJ competition, boat rides and jet ski watch World Cup 3rd place and final matches, pool party, good music performances, comedy with Kalybos among others.
“This festival was carefully planned to give the best of entertainment to revelers. With that in mind, The Camp Tsatse Resort was selected as the ideal place to host it. It has an amazing view on the banks of Volta River and guests are definitely going to enjoy it.
The three-day event sponsored by Ebony Condoms, NLA, Beyond The Return, Pepsi, Rush Energy by Twellieum and Ghana Tourism Authority will be hosted by Instagram model and digital creator, Coco Coshay.
