When the gates of the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex at Kaneshie open tomorrow night for The Narrow Way Gospel Revival Crusade, not only would the spirit of God descend through prayers and worship but musically as well.

With the bevy of gospel music groups and bands scheduled to perform at the show, there is no doubt that music will flow at the three-day crusade, which is being organised by the Living Testimony for Jesus Bible Ministry (LTJBM).

The Shiloh Gospel Music Academy, the Calvary Praise Sisters backed by the Hallelujah Band and the Junior LTJBM Live Gospel Band, also known as the “Ayeyie o group”, are all groups within the church that will thrill patrons to live band music for the three- days crusade which will end on Sunday.

The organisers held a similar show at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi recently. According to the Co-ordinating Director, Nee Lante Bruce, the crusade is expected to be a time for praise, worship, prayer and spiritual intercession for Ghana.

He stated that the LTJBM is a Ministry that is committed to preaching the “unadulterated salvation message of Jesus” and support efforts with music that touches hearts, one that he said soared up the Ministry’s passion to establish various bands and choirs within the church.

“When the bands performed at Kumasi the last time, many patrons thought they were miming but that wasn’t it. They actually performed live and I believe that many gospel music lovers will enjoy them during the crusade,” he stated.

There will be another session of the Narrow Way Gospel Revival crusade at the Koforidua Jackson Park on Friday, November 28.

It would be recalled that in 2008, the Shiloh Music Academy launched one of the biggest gospel projects in Ghana dubbed Ghana Gospel Project 2008 with an unprecedented launch of three albums at the National Theatre to bring African gospel music back to its roots.
