Multiple award-winning musician, Ohemaa Mercy, has released the video of Aseda off her latest Aforebo album.
Directed by Skyword videos, Aseda which was shot in different locations in Ghana sees Ohemaa Mercy dressed in all black thanking God for what He has done in her life.
In the video, Ohemaa Mercy is on a desert with three young ladies fighting the devil. After defeating the devil with a sword, Ohemaa Mercy goes on her knees to thank God for overcoming the enemy.
The simple video which was shot last month has very clear pictures making it appealing to the eye.
Ohemaa Mercy who is known for doing worship and praises went hip hop this time around. According to the Edin Jesus hit maker, she decided to go hip hop to prove how diverse she is and also to get close to her fans who love hip hop.
“Not everyone loves praises and worship so I decided to do hip hop which is also gospel to get Ghanaians especially the youth to jam with,” she said
Real name, Mercy Twum Boafo, Ohemaa Mercy aims at reaching millions of people with the newly released album, Aforebo.
Sound engineer, Kaywa produced the 12 track album which features songs such as Aseda, Nhyira, Sumsum, Adepa, Oborfo, Meda Wase and We Praise.
