He is optimistic his two singles, Questions and Bone Anaa featuring Guru released last Tuesday will help him achieve that.

In Bone Anaa, a highlife tune produced by Richie Mensah of Lynx Entertainment, Obiri Yeboah talks about a relationship that was blossoming with so much passion until the unknown happened and everything that was good started causing pain and hurt.

According to him, this particular song was based on a true story of a friend who found himself in that situation and ended up with a broken heart.

On Questions, a mid tempo song produced by Streetbeat, Obri poses questions of where he stands and who he is in the life of the lady he has been with for a long time. The said lady seems to find it difficult to introduce him to her friends and family.

Commenting on the songs he said; “I have no doubt a lot of people will relate to the contents of the songs. This is because I feel these are some of the things that happen in our everyday lives where  relationships are concerned.”

Born Ishmael Obiri Yeboah Opoku –Acheampong to Prince Anthony Yaw Opoku- Acheampong and the late Sarah Bibio Cofie, Obiri Yeboah had his primary and junior education at St. Anthony’s Preparatory School and Masco International School. He proceeded to Achimota Secondary School and NIIT now known as BlueCrest for his secondary and tertiary eductation respectively.

Obiri who discovered his love for music when he was in class four had over the years featured on major hit songs like; Owuo Mpoduro by Dogo, Mokola Kwakwe by Tinny, Obrafour’s Execution Diary, African Girls by 5Five and many more.
