Nana Yaa to delight at Native Tongue Soul Festival

She has won the admiration of many with her exceptional voice and stage performance and that is what patrons of the maiden Native Tongue Soul Festival scheduled for Badu Lounge tomorrow, September 29 will experience when Soul singer, Nana Yaa mounts the stage.

This is the second time the Don’t Leave Me Alone singer will perform at the festival which aims at promoting live band and alternative music.

Speaking with Showbiz about the upcoming event, Nana Yaa who has worked with the likes of Kojo Antwi and Rex Omar as a backing vocalist said it’s always an honour to perform live for her fans.

She said the opportunity to get close to her fans when she performs brings smiles to her face.

The Ego Be singer also disclosed that she will use the occasion to perform her new song, Don’t Leave Me Alone which she is currently promoting.

“The festival is a laudable initiative which needs to be encouraged because it promotes the originality in Ghanaian music,” she told Showbiz.

Nana Yaa has shared the same stage with renowned acts like Osibisa, Miriam Makeba and Sonti Ndebele both from South Africa and there is no doubt she will excel at the festival.
