More than fun at VGMA Nominees Xperience Concert
IT was a mixture of music, dance, games and total fun last Saturday when the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Nominees Xperience Concert took place in the Volta Regional capital, Ho.

While some patrons were having the time of their life with performances from some of the best artistes Ghana can boast of, others chilled the night away playing games such as snooker, table-tennis, board football, among others.

The concert started at 9:30 p.m. with some underground artistes from the Volta Region creating the right atmosphere for revellers before nominees for VGMA Unsung Artistes took the stage to do their own thing.
And when the nominees hit the stage there was no dull moment.
The venue was charged with exciting performances from Stonebwoy, Medikal, Piesie Esther, Camidoh, Celestine Donkor and Wendy Shay. Each of them just nailed it, as patrons kept asking for more.
EMcees for the night, Chrystal of TV3 and comedian Foster Romanus, did a good job by engaging the crowd, and DJ Andy Dosty was on top of his game, playing some of the best songs to add pizzazz to the event.
The main VGMA ceremony will come off on Saturday, May 6, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
