Gospel diva Ivy-Q, is hopeful of winning souls for Jesus Christ with her recently launched album titled: "Baba God".

The six-track album is the third of Ivy-Q's career and features legendary gospel artistes including Reverend Edwin Dadson, Pastor Jonas Odoi and Reverend Harry Yawson.

According to Ivy-Q, songs such as title track ‘Baba God’, ‘Something New’, ‘Mombo no ose’, ‘In your presence’, ‘Oh come all ye faithful’ and ‘Praise Him’ which she specifically curated for the album will give listeners a spiritual experience.

Speaking to Graphic Online at the album launch in Accra, Ivy-Q, real name Ivy Dede Quarshie, said Baba God would soon dominate the airwaves and make a splash on the world music scene.

“I believe that by the leading of the Holy Spirit, the album stands out and would be accepted by everyone across the length and breadth of the country and beyond,” Ivy-Q said.

“I am expecting that I would move from my terrain to another level, looking at the international market including Nigeria, Togo and Benin to promote the song”, she added.

Ivy-Q also disclosed that the six songs were carefully selected from a yet-to-be-released catalog because they aptly communicated the gospel.

The album is currently on sale at music stores across the country.
