Ghana’s Creative Director Emmanuel Whajah makes Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list
A Ghanaian videographer and photographer based in Germany, Emmanuel Whajah has been nominated in Forbes Africa’s 2023 30 Under 30 list.
Whajah is one of the two Ghanaians including Black Stars and Ajax attacking midfielder, Mohammed Kudus who made it to this year’s list.

Announcing the good news on his Facebook page on Monday, April 3, he wrote, “I am so excited to announce that I have been honored by @forbes FORBES AFRICA] by being selected for this year's prestigious @forbesunder30 list of 2023 in the Film and Entertainment Category (Africa), which consists of the 30 most influential and impactful leaders and innovators in the media industry under the age of 30 who form the 'New Frontier of Storytelling'.
“On a continent of more than 1.4 billion people, making it to a list of only 30 individuals is an honour that I will never take for granted.

The 29-year-old is also the co-founder of “Play The Game”, a social media agency whose priority is to deliver high-quality and up-to-date content that fits in the social media trends for the athletes they represent as well as build a strong personal brand and lift the market value of these athletes.

The Ghanaian duo of Daniel Kofi Kyereh and Kingsley Schindler are all athletes associated with the Play The Game agency while Thilo Kehrer and a host of other players are also a part of the success of the organisation.
He has won several awards for best video director, best photographer including the High Performance (HIPE) award for Best Service in the German media industry in 2021.
