That is the message she sings on her latest song Party featuring Kofi Kinaata.
According to the 2018 VGMA Female Vocalist of the Year winner, one only gets depressed when focusing on negative energies. She encourages, therefore, that they “wash down” the stress with good partying.
Kofi Kinaata comes in on the last verse, echoing Adina’s sentiments and encouraging listeners to not focus on their problems since that will not bring any solution.
The danceable song which was released a month ago and recorded by Lynx Entertainment is getting a lot of airplay.
In a chat with Graphic Showbiz, Adina noted that her latest material is doing very well because of the simplicity of the message that many people relate to.
“There are songs that you need to pay a lot for promotions, but Party is a good material so it is already picking up. The video is almost ready and will be out soon,” she said.
Kofi Kinaata continues to show his mettle on the music scene and in the words of Adina, “having Kofi Kinaata on Party is a complement”.
“When I did my verse and my management told me we needed to feature someone else, Kofi Kinaata quickly came to mind and I am happy he didn’t turn it down when we approached him. I want to say a big thank you to him,” she said.
