Curtain down on ‘10 to Bee’
Last Saturday night, when Bernard and Grace were adjudged winners at the final edition of the 10 to Bee reality show, it came as a big surprise to many in the audience as most of them had anticipated that another couple, Nana Yaw and Mawu, would rather emerge winners.

The 10 to Bee reality show is a TV series that was initiated by Mr. Omar Sheriff Captan, actor and CEO of D’imago Company to help marriages work by helping couples know the key ingredients that help to strengthen marriages. It ran on Viasat 1.
The contestants were selected through auditions that were held in some parts of the country before 10 couples were chosen and subsequently cut down to four couples.
At the final event, the four couples did well in their various tasks, even though some of them found it difficult expressing themselves in English.
It was a night to remember not only for the contestants but also the artistes who performed at the show. Notable among them was good old Felix Bell, backed by the Essence Band, Pastor Jude Odim and Okuraseni Samuel of Mentor fame.
Dada KD swept the audience of their feet as they sang and danced along with him. Kofi Nti, Nero X of Born Starz fame also did well and so was comedian Pararan.
Going by their cheers, it was the expectation of the audience that Nana Yaw and Mawu would take home the ultimate prize. It came rather as a surprise when Bernard and Grace were mentioned winners of the show.
For their prize, they took home a cheque of GHc 10,000.00 as well as the payment of the full expenses of their honeymoon.
