While the specific details of Jay Boogie's surgery is not known, the gravity of his situation became apparent through his social media posts.
With a sense of urgency, he informed his followers about his dire condition and the supposed intentions of the surgeon, identified as Dr. Dinma, whom he is accusing of attempting to end his life.

A Namibian-based doctor named Dr. Loveth, who is currently using her Instagram platform to address the issues surrounding Jay Boogie's surgery, revealed that the crossdresser had been unable to urinate for two days.
