Since 2007, gospel singer Bernard Amankwah has dedicated the month of September to expressing his gratitude to God through his annual Celebration of His Grace concert.
This year, Bernard Amankwah and Presence Ministry Band, alongside some of Ghana’s renowned gospel artistes, will lead worshippers in an evening of praise and thanksgiving when the concert takes place at the National Theatre on Sunday, September 27.
The event, which is the 19th edition, is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and promises an evening of praise, worship and inspiration as patrons gather to celebrate the goodness and faithfulness of God.
Bernard Amankwah, known for songs such as Your Presence, Mercy Rescues Me and I’m Redeemed, will be joined by renowned gospel artistes Philipa Baafi, Dave de Musicbox and P.S. Roderick Agyekum.
“Celebration of His Grace has always been about expressing gratitude to God while also addressing important issues in society. It has not been an easy 19 years, especially when it comes to getting sponsorship and support, but I am deeply grateful to everyone who has stood with us and supported this vision throughout the years.
“Despite the challenges, God has been faithful, and the fact that we are still here after 19 years is a testimony. I can assure patrons that they will leave with both spiritual and physical benefits,” he stated.
Over the years, Celebration of His Grace has grown into an annual platform through which Bernard Amankwah expresses his gratitude to God while bringing believers together for worship, reflection and spiritual renewal.
For nearly two decades, the concert has remained an important part of Bernard’s ministry, providing Gospel music lovers an opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate God’s grace.
