Afro-Pop star, Becca’s gigs abroad have taken the better part of her this year but the singer is determined to offer something to local followers by way of a concert to launch her new Time 4 Me album next Friday, July 26 at the+233 Jazz Bar and Grill at North Ridge in Accra.
The 20-track Time 4 Me has come almost six years after Becca’s maiden Sugar album. The new collection allows her fans access to her versatility and she herself describes the album as “a musical journey inspired by my thoughts, emotions, beliefs and you.”
Songs on the album include No Away; Nsroma; Odo Why; Dan Maliyo; Follow The Leader, Streets, Stomp It Up and Jesus.
Becca will perform with a new band put together by her management team on the outdoor stage at +233. She says it is going to be a good night of entertainment.
It would be the turn of multi-talented instrumentalist, producer and recording engineer Kwame Yeboah and his Ohia beye Ya (ObY) band to take to the +233 outdoor stage on Saturday, July 27 to launch two new singles.
A tight, dynamic, highly sought-after band, ObY is one of the acts that appear regularly at +233. It has a loyal following and the venue’s management believe the launch will go well.
