Be good till mummy comes back - Akuapem Poloo to son
Socialite Akuapem Poloo has reacted emotionally to the decision of the Accra High Court to dismiss the appeal which sought to challenge the 90-day jail term handed to her by the Accra Circuit Court on April 16 this year.
The socialite in a post hours after the ruling urged her son to be a "good boy" till she returns from serving her sentence.

Her post came after the High Court ruling which also ordered that in her absence, her child should be given to any competent person in the family to take care of.
"Son, I love you and God is with you always, you know. Be good till mummy comes back, God is in control always,” she wrote in a caption on Instagram.

Akuapem Poloo was slapped with a 90-day jail term by an Accra Circuit Court for the publication of nude and obscene material of her seven-year-old son on social media in June last year.
She filed an appeal to challenge the 90-day jail term handed her on April 16, 2021 and was granted a GH¢80,000 bail, awaiting the determination of the appeal.
