Actress Kyeiwaa says she regrets not being educated

Ghanaian actress Rose Mensah, widely known as Kyeiwaa, has encouraged young people to prioritise education, emphasising its long-term benefits.  

In a recent video shared on her Instagram page, the celebrated actress reflected on her personal struggles due to limited educational opportunities, particularly after relocating to the United States.

She recounted how challenges with communication in English affected her and urged young people to take their studies seriously, noting that the repercussions of neglecting education may become evident in the future, especially in a global context.  

Kyeiwaa, renowned for her roles in popular Ghanaian films such as Akurasi Burgers, The Code of Money and Death, and Akonoba, used her experience to highlight the importance of education in overcoming barriers and thriving in diverse environments.  

The actress’s message has resonated widely, drawing attention to the role of education in personal and professional growth, particularly for young people aspiring to succeed both locally and internationally.
