Sherifa, Yaa Yaa thrill at Corporate Wednesday
The Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra was the place to be last Wednesday as musicians Sherifa Gunu, Yaa Yaa, Akablay thrilled patrons with their unique performances at the maiden edition of Corporate Wednesday.

The three artistes each performed for 30 minutes giving patrons a good time. Sherifa Gunu mounted the stage first setting the mood for the fun time ahead.
She excited the audience as she performed songs such as Dingo, Salamatu, Beautiful and Yumiantabah.
She never disappoints and Yaa Yaa once again proved she was on top of her game when she took her turn.
After dishing out Kae, Dump Drum, among others to everyone’s satisfaction, patrons rewarded Yaa Yaa with a standing ovation.
After that, the charged patrons made up of players from the banking, oil and gas and entertainment sectors were in for more fun and Akablay was on hand to make that happen.
He delivered a number of great tunes and when he dropped the popular Taking Away, he set the whole place was on ‘fire’.
In a chat with Mrs Gladys Osei Wiredu, General Manager for The Link GH, organisers of Corporate Wednesday, she said the event is to create the most conducive environment for networking, with an array of quality entertainment for its patrons.
“Corporate Wednesday which is set to happen on the last Wednesday of every month also aims to develop local talents by leveraging on the experience of the world acclaimed musicians who will be in Ghana to nurture and groom these local acts through master class lessons”, she added.
