Onyamenipa hits hard with Asoreeba
Reggae gospel artiste, Onyamenipa nearly gave up doing music because of disappointments from producers and friends but he is very happy to come out with his debut single, Asoreeba.

On the song recorded by himself under his Watch Lion studios in Tema, Onyamenipa, real name, Michel Onyamenipa went hard on church goers advising them to take God seriously and stop deceiving themselves.
According to him, most Christians go to church under the pretext of worshipping God but end up doing the things God frowns upon.
He prays for God’s protection for all true believers saying that although God knows the righteous people, Christians should set example by being good role models for others to emulate.
Although Onyamenipa does not have a powerful voice, his message was straight to the point. The beat of the song was also on point and he intends to promote his single on several media platforms.
In an in interview with Showbiz, Onyamenipa who admires gospel musicians Gifty Osei, Tagoe Sisters and Ohemaa Mercy said he wants to be unique by doing reggae gospel.
“Even though I believe it is not going to be easy, my wish is to carve a niche for myself by doing just reggae gospel and once Ghanaians accept me, things will fall in place,” he said.
He is currently working on his album scheduled for release in December. According to him, the eight track album “will feature some of the finest gospel musicians in Ghana.”
