My Story is an inspirational single which talks about the challenges people go through in life but reminds everyone that despite the difficulties, God will perform a miracle and turn the situation around.
Nana Danso sings that in the time of his troubles, he shouts to the Lord and He delivers him citing the stories of Lazarus, Sarah and David as examples of people God delivered from their troubles.
Josephine who is featured on the single come in to sing in Ewe and adds that God is always there for His children and urges everyone to have faith and believe in His deliverance.
My Story is a highly melodious single with a strong message which is sure to resound with many Christians. The rhythm and beat of the song complements the message, making it not just an inspiration tune but a danceable one as well.
In an interview with Showbiz, Nana Danso who is a gospel musician and a preacher from Obuasi in the Ashanti Region but resident in Accra said, “My Story is a song which the Lord asked me to bring to His people who have lost hope in life, feel rejected and have no helper and feel their world has come to an end.
“Through this single, they will be encouraged and will receive new hope in Christ Jesus.
God asked me to use my life story as the title of the song and told me he is going to transform the life of anyone who will listen to the single,” he said.
