Live FM to fly listener to Channel O awards
In a bid to maintain loyalty from its listeners, Live FM has initiated various ways of rewarding listeners and the latest event to win new following while maintaining old ones is Live it Up Channel O Promo.

The promotion which is a partnership between Live FM and Channel O will see a lucky listener and partner win an all expenses paid trip to the upcoming Channel O Video Awards scheduled for November 30 in Johannesburg.
Listeners who want to be part of the competition are expected to call in and answer questions on Live FM late afternoon show the Drive Time and then get the opportunity to participate in an on air music game after sailing through the question segment.
However, participants should be valid Ghanaian passport holders and above 18 years.
Five months after its transition from Vibe FM to Live FM, the station has quickly carved a niche for itself as a lifestyle brand with some of the most talented on-air presenters including Kwame Farkye, Jeremie Van-Garshong, Ruddy Kwakye and Van Vicker.
The Channel O Video Awards is organised by Channel O, a South African TV station which is dedicated to the promotion of African music videos.
Since its inception 10 years ago, the awards scheme has served as a platform for African musicians to be rewarded for the production of quality music videos.
Ghanaian artistes nominated for this year’s awards are D-Black, Joey B, Chase, R2Bees, Kaakie, Sarkodie, Manifest, EL and Jay So.
Viewers of Channel O and music fans have the power to vote for their favourite artistes by texting the artistes’ name to voting code +2783142100415 or on the web and WAP at www.channelo.tv, at standard SMS rates. Voting closes on Thursday, November 21.
