Ever since hiplife musician Guru featured on Obrafour’s Kasiebo some years ago, the rapper has never looked back as he keeps dropping hit after hit .

Known for songs like Nkwadaa Nkwadaa, Boys Abre, Akonta Fried Rice and Lapaz Toyota, the hiplife artiste has just released a new one titled Pooley.

Guru thinks the name Shashe for prostitutes is not the best so he coined the name Pooley  to stand for prostitute on his latest song.

On Pooley recorded by Ball Jay, Guru is asking that prostitutes should now  be called Pooley.

“It is no fault of some of the girls to be commercial sex workers but they find themselves on the street. I coined the name Pooley to give prostitutes some respect” Guru said.

According  to  Guru who has seven nominations in this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards scheduled to take place next month, he is hopeful to grab not less than three awards.
