Reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Artiste of the year E L is ready with his Bar 3 concert slated for December 23 at the Polo Court in Accra.

The Best African Rapper Concert (Bar Concert) started last two years at Alliance Francois and featured artistes like Sarkodie, Joey B, Raquel, Kojo Cue, Lil Shaker and Soul Senavor.

 Last year, the Bar 2 concert which was held at the World Trade Centre had artistes such as VVIP, Menza and Wanluv, Medal and Kwaw Kese passing through.

Come December 23, the Kaabu Ame hitmaker says he is taking the concert a notch higher by adding more artistes from other African countries.

“There will be surprise Hiphop acts from other African countries and I believe this year’s event is going to be the best due to the preparation my team and I have put in place” he told Showbiz in an interview.

As a Hiphop artiste, E L said he decided to put this concert together firstly to discover up and coming Hiphop artistes and secondly to give fans of the genre the best of him.

“This is the only time I get to meet my fans and interact with them. I will be performing for an hour and I want everyone to come out in their numbers” he said.

 Born Elom Adablah, E L who has worked with artistes such as Sarkodie, D- Black, Reggie Rockstone, Ball J, Ian Jazzi, Asem,  Edem, C-Real, Kiddblack and Dawn ODG is known for songs Obuu Mo, One Ghana, Kaalu, Mame Wossop and Auntie Martha.

EL who doubles as a sound engineer  has produced hit songs for many Hiphop, Hiplife and R&B performers, such as Sarkodie (You Go Kill Me)  D-Black (Get On the Dancefloor), Reggie Rockstone (Rockstone's Office), Asem (Check Your Weight), Geelex (Bend Your Body) and many more.
