Award-winning media personality, Caroline Sampson, is poised to entertain listeners of Accra-based Asaase Radio as host of the station’s late-morning to early afternoon show, Ten-To-One daily.

Caroline recently left YFM where she had worked for almost a decade and has now pitched camp with Asaase Radio, something that excites CEO of the station, Nana Opoku Agyemang.

“We are thrilled to have Caroline join us, she comes to Asaase with a strong following of her own. She understands the vision of Asaase, which is a pan-Africanist media platform, determined to promote and project the best of Ghanaian and African arts and culture,” he told the Daily Graphic.

“Our programming will be provocative and innovative to push us to be the most valued, reliable, accurate and authoritative multimedia platform in West Africa,” he added.

For her part, Caroline said: “We didn’t come to play so buckle up for the most amazing radio experience you can ever imagine,” promising to blend the best in music from Ghana, Africa and beyond with the best in entertainment titbits.

Asaase Radio, on the 99.5FM dial, will officially be launched on Sunday, June 14, with the main programme of the day being Kwaku Sakyi-Addo’s Sunday Night at 7p.m.
