Becca supports 3 Foundation

The foundation which is being established by Media General Group, owners of TV3 Network Ltd, Onua FM, 3FM and MG Digital Media Ltd, is aimed at raising funds to support families of the June 3 disaster. 

The launch attracted astute personalities including the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, Dr. Kwabena Michael Agyekum Addo, Chief Executive of Kama Group Limited, and Ray Nkwe, Chief Executive of TV3 Network Limited. Expressing her opinion on the June 3 disaster which claimed over 100, lives, Becca said she decided to support a worthy cause because, “ this unfortunate incident could have happened to anyone”.

She urged the leadership of the country and those in places of authority to take measures to avoid an occurence of the June 3 disaster in the future.

Dr. Kwabena Michael Agyekum Addo used the platform to appeal to the public and corporate institutions to assist in raising funds to help alleviate the burden of the victims.

According to him, the funds raised during the year will be disbursed to the families who lost their loved ones during the June 3 disaster last year.
