ZipTV Service available on Samsung S7
The General Manager of Ziptv Commercial, Mr Ahmed Wahab, has announced a collaboration between Broadband Home Limited (BBH) and Samsung Ghana to have ZipTv application on Samsung S7.

According to him, customers who purchase Samsung S7 phones are assured of special ZipTv packages.
Ziptv app preinstalled on the Samsung s7 was launched in March 2016. The app would soon be available in the google playstore.
BBH is Ghana’s first broadband wireless provider, trading under the brands Zipnet, ZipTv and Ziptel.

Zipnet was demonstrated on Samsung S7 phone during the launch in order to showcase this offer in entertainment in the country.
The move is aimed at making TV viewing in Ghana very convenient and refreshing. The collaboration would see the app preinstalled on other Samsung smartphones such as the Samsung A5 and smart TVs.
Mr Wahab indicated that ZipTv service would be available to the public on mobile devices first, and then available on Set Top Boxes (STBs) later in the third quarter of 2016.
He added that consumers who would buy the Samsung S7 would have complimentary preview of ZipTv ’s carefully selected top television channels both international and local.
They would also have access to more than 1,000 Video-on-Demand (VoD) box office movies, series, music, and other content from more than 24 Hollywood studios for a limited time.
ZipTv has extended its service to some of the best Ghanaian and African production firms.
“It is our desire to give them a modern platform to showcase their talent,” Mr Wahab said.

The General Manager, Marketing, Mrs Regina Ntim-Addae, said ZipTv would revolutionise TV viewing experience of Ghanaians as compared to existing satellite or terrestrial Pay-TV services.
ZipTv multiscreen feature would enable friends and families to watch different programmes simultaneously on one ZipTv account.
