Vivo Energy pledges better customer experience
The Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, Mr Ebenezer Faulkner, has reiterated the company’s commitment to improve its customer service to enable it to deliver superior products to meet clients’ needs.

This, he said, was evident in the ongoing expansion of its retail stations across the country to make it more accessible to its customers.
The company is also expected to rebuild and rebrand its service station around the Kotoka International Airport to make it a first-class fuel station in the country.
Speaking at the launch of its new “Shell Fuelsave” in Accra, he said the company had always been the front runner in fuel innovations in the country, explaining that: “This advanced fuel economy in our standard fuels is the next phase in our mission to help motorists improve their fuel efficiency.”
Research, he said, has shown that motorists want fuels that will take them further without having to pay more for it and Shell was committed to delivering better fuels around the world.
“Shell scientists have been working hard to develop fuels that address motorists’ need for improved fuel economy to help them achieve value for money,” he said.
Mr Faulkner said it was a well-known fact that transportation formed a major part of household and business budgets and Vivo Energy Ghana was therefore delighted to introduce the advanced economy fuel, which is designed to last longer at no extra cost.
A Deputy Minister of Petroleum, Mr Benjamin Dagadu, while commending the company for its innovation, urged for closer collaboration with the ministry in carrying out some of its road safety campaigns.

Vivo Energy Ghana, he said, recently inaugurated the first-ever fuel pumps for motorbikes in the Northern Region, which clearly demonstrates how innovative the company is by delivering new and exciting products and services that offer convenience to customers and are specific to their needs. — GB
