The 15—kilometre walk was on the theme “Healthy Staff, Caring Bank”.

In Accra, the walk began from the Aviation Social Centre through the Ako Adjei Interchange, Danquah Circle, and Cantonments Post Office and back to the Aviation Social Centre.

The Executive Director of the bank, Mr. Awere Owusu-Ansah, said the walk was to make sure they were healthy enough to meet the challenges of the second half of the year.

He said the 15 kilometre walk had proven that the bank had a young vibrant workforce that could meet endurance.

He promised that they would deliver good services to their customers.

“We have done it over the years and I don’t think 2013 would be an exception,” he said.
