Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) has held a seminar on succession planning for members of its Prominence Club.
The seminar, which was conducted in partnership with KPMG Ghana, is part of a quarterly seminar series aimed at discussing relevant topics that will enhance the businesses and investments of members of the club.

A partner at KPMG Ghana, Mr Andy O. Akoto, educated members on the core concepts of succession planning and how they can build sustainable businesses that thrive long after they have exited their organisations.
Participants expressed their appreciation to the bank after the session.
