Silver Star debuts locally assembled vehicles at Auto summit

Auto dealers Silver Star Auto Limited have debuted locally assembled Peugeot SUVs and commercial vehicles at the maiden Ghana Automotive Summit being held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre yesterday.

The vehicles are the new 2008, 3008 and 5008 models Peugeot SUVs which were all assembled in the country.

With thick tyres, high fuel efficiency, a state-of-the-art horse power and an avant garde interior, the vehicles offer motorists the best in decades according to the auto dealer.

" These vehicles are easily serviceable,  they are made for the best comfort and come with the best safety features," Mr Rabie Agha, Deputy General Manager in charge of sales told the Graphic Business.

He added that his outfit has also liaised with some major financial institutions in the country to provide credit facilities to ordinary Ghanaians to enable them purchase the vehicle and make monthly payments via their salaries.

The CEO of Silver Star Auto Limited, Mr Assad Nazir noted that the assembling of vehicles in the country comes with the best assembling standards in Europe and America.

"With Silver Star our assembling plants don't go below the standard in Europe and America, in fact we are above and we ensure the cars are well assembled to suit the best quality standard.

"Our vehicle assembling plants in the country offer the best standards and Silver Star is the leader when it comes to standards," he noted.

He called on Ghana's to demystify the notion that  new vehicles are for the bourgeoisie or those in the high echelons saying they have the capacity to also get these cars at an affordable rate at Silver Star.

According to him all locally assembled vehicles can be found at all Silver Star showrooms across the country.
