Shell opens new outlet

VIVO Energy Ghana, the company that distributes and markets Shell-branded fuels and lubricants, has inaugurated its  convenience retail shop format at its Spintex Shell service station.

As a Shell licensee, Vivo Energy has access to the four latest Shell shop formats that Shell has developed to be rolled out across Africa including Ghana.

Speaking at the opening of the new shell shop, the Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, Mr Fred Osoro, said the company owed its ability to stay in business to its cherished customers and as such, Vivo Energy continuously strived for innovative and more convenient ways of satisfying its customers.

“That is why we have upgraded shops to make shopping at Shell more convenient,” he said.

Mr Osoro said Vivo Energy Ghana aimed to be the leading convenience retailer in Ghana to give its customers the best service.

“We have created an environment that is extremely comfortable and attractive and to encourage them to visit our retail sites,” he said.

The retailer of the Spintex Shell service station, Mr David K. Yengbe, said the new shop had good visual access allowing customers to view a wide range of products from the forecourt.
