Opportunity International holds annual performance review meeting

Opportunity International Savings and Loans Limited has organised a three-day Annual Performance Review Meeting (APRM) for its senior management and branch managers in the Ashanti Region.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Mr Kwame Owusu-Boateng, at the opening of the meeting, said it was important for staff and management to work harder to ensure that the company remained profitable in 2018.

He also used the occasion to encourage his staff to change from the same old way of doing business and promised to make all resources available to support the efficient running of the business.

He also reiterated the institution’s commitment to it clients, and urged participants to remain true to that worthy cause. He stated that the theme for the year, “Positioned for Exploits”, was appropriate for the forum to sustain Opportunity International’s long-term vision.

Prior to the APRM, the southern sector branches of Opportunity held a staff retreat and same was organised for the northern sector staff after the review meeting. Best performing staff members were awarded for their exceptional performance in 2017. The awards were geared at motivating staff to continue to excel in their various departments and branches.
