Notice of closure of Register of Members (Guinness)

Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC has served notice about the closure of register of members on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 37 of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and Section 40 (b) of the Ghana Stock Exchange Listing Rules, 2006, that the Register of Members of GUINNESS GHANA BREWERIES PLC will be closed to the General Public on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2020 for the purpose of paying final dividends declared for the financial year ended 3oth June, 2020.

FURTHER NOTICE is also given that only shareholders registered in the Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on Monday, the 2nd day of November, 2020 will qualify for the payment of the final Dividends in respect of the Financial Year ended 3oth June, 2020 to be approved at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held virtually on 4th November, 2020.
